Located on a busy corner of Manhattan’s Financial District 185 Broadway / 7 Dey Street is a new mixed-use, contemporary brick and glass residential tower.

On the 31st and 32nd floors, three roof terraces are accessible to residents of the building. The sun-drenched terraces on the 32nd floor are adjacent to interior amenity spaces and feature an oversized outdoor kitchen island with a planted centerpiece, several lounge areas, a sun deck, and lush plantings. An indoor-outdoor fireplace emphasizes the indoor-outdoor connection of the spaces. A large birch tree that is envisioned to grow through an opening in the roof is the focus of the 31st floor covered terrace. Offering residents a respite from the sun or inclement weather, this terrace provides additional opportunities for lounging and dining.
