Located in the Hudson River Valley in upstate New York, this country property is surrounded by farmland. The house sits at the edge of a hay meadow near an old barn that was previously relocated to the property. The house enjoys mountain views and a nearby woodland.

RKLA’s work included improving the site drainage, an above ground septic system, establishing deciduous and evergreen plantings throughout the property including a dogwood grove, setting up an on-going tree management plan and seeding new meadows,

RKLA relocated the existing driveway, created new parking areas, sited sculpture and designed a new swimming pool with associated stone patios and walls.
