This beautiful lakefront property in north-western Connecticut is RKLA Studio's second collaboration with this client. It is also our second collaboration with James Dixon Architect, having completed the Millbrook Residence together several years ago.

Guest parking, lighting, and a large planted island combine to create a wonderful entry experience. The landscape includes a woodland park with mature, native trees, a layered understory planting, shaded walking paths, and sculpture located in key locations. The lake side of the property includes a large perennial rock garden that slopes down to the water, including terraces and stone walls.
