Located in the heart of vibrant SoHo, these roof terraces offer a serene retreat above the urban hustle. On the 2,500 square foot private rooftop, RKLA delineated the upper roof into four distinct realms – a luxurious pool area enhanced with wood deck-ing; a covered lounge area for entertainment; an open lounge area featuring a cozy fire table, and an expansive area for cooking and dining.

The lower terraces are a true extension of the indoor living space. A shaded large lounge area and a versatile dining area (with a table that transforms to a ping pong table) enhance the outdoor living experience. Plantings on the balconies off the kitchen and living room areas bring a further sense of nature into the home.
